The gas port hole was pressed inward slightly when the front sight block pins were milled (as pictured).
May have various other issues from the manufacturing process.
Shows some light signs of wear.

NOTE: Prior to installing this length of barrel into a rifle a NFA Form 1 must be completed and returned approved.
A 12.25 Inch length barrel installed into a shoulder fired firearm is a "Short Barreled Rifle" under the NFA.
