Colt M16 601 Slabside Upper Receiver Assembly, 20" W marked Barrel, 5.56x45 NATO, black triangle handguard, with A1 "Birdcage" flash hider & gray color charging handle, full-auto slickside bolt carrier assembly, in *Good* condition.

M-16 upper receiver with non-numbered rear sight knob and recessed arrow directional marking.
Gray anodized upper receiver has no forge codes or proof marks we can see.
Anodizing is worn on top side of the receiver (as pictured).
Early gray colored charging handle.
20" with "W" marking between the fsb ears, possibly Winchester manufactured.
No additional markings on the barrel, A1 "birdcage" flash hider.
Moderate wear in the bore with some pitting near the muzzle.
Black plastic triangle type handguards show moderate wear and have some missing fingers.
Colt slickside bolt carrier with early style gas key crimps, early bend gas tube.
Early cast FSB without the drain hole, early roll pin thru sling swivel.
Lower assembly, FCG parts and buttstock are NOT included.

This Upper Assembly includes:
- Vietnam Era M16 triangle type handguard assembly with handguard cap and straight barrel nut assembly.
- Early cast type front sight base.
- Fixed rear sight bridge, L-shape sights with windage adjustment. 
- M16 style carry handle upper, early bend gas tube.
- 20" barrel with A1 birdcage flash hider.
