This 37mm smooth bore launcher was built for law enforcement (LE) use for gas, smoke, bean bag, and launching flares.
The launcher will come exactly as pictured, meaning that the one in the photos is the one you are buying.
We have limited knowledge about the model 1315 37mm launcher, but it appears to be compete.
There will be finish wear and signs of some use from law enforcement service.
This launcher has a single barrel, which will accomodate rounds up to 8 inches in length.
The fixed stock is a black polymer and designed for hard service.
Break top launcher has a barrel lock and a dual range flip up rear sight. 
There is also a 25 yard notch rear sight.
37MM flares use black powder for propellant and so the bore has light rust from firing and needs a good cleaning. 

Must be inspected and checked by qualified and competent gunsmith or armorer before use.
