This HK416 upper assembly does NOT have factory front sight post installed.
Includes flat top style upper, dust cover, forward assist, genuine HK bolt, and charging handle assembly.
Barrel is marked HK 5.56mm x 45, AGB4.
Barrel and rifling are in *Very Good* condition.
Handguard is in *Good* condition with some signs of Law Enforcement use.
Upper receiver body in *Very Good* condition with original finish.
May show signs of light wear, marring, scratching, etc...

This Original HK Upper Assembly includes:
- 9" Quad rail vented free-float handguard.
- 10.4" cold hammer-forged barrel, 6 groove 1x7 RH twist.
- Flat top 6" picatinny rail upper.
- Original flash hider.
- HK short-stroke gas piston system.

NOTE: Prior to installing this length of barrel onto a rifle a NFA Form 1 must be completed and returned approved.
A 10.4 Inch length barrel installed into a shoulder fired firearm is a "Short Barreled Rifle" under the NFA.
