These are made of steel, painted black.
Original WWII markings are intact.
Designed to hold 50 rounds of 8mm Mauser with the feed belt and starter tab.
Tension plate in the base of the drum ensures proper feeding and alignment of rounds.
Cover (shown open) allows belt to be placed in drum and starter tube fed thru the side.
Carry handle doubles as a locking mechanism to keep rounds secure in the drum.
May show signs of paint chipping, paint wear, marring, grime, etc...
