About as complete as it can get without an FFL!All of the parts were of like new quality. The magazines were unmarred by use and only the mag pouch seemed to have been used before. Everything was found to be satisfactory in every way.

Great kitI picked up a kit on sale, just got it in today and its way more nice then i thought it would be. Its not warn or beat up like most parts kits. Vary clean, magazines in great condition, magazines pouch and the sling is the only thing that looks like old surplus but still usable
