After writing a bad review of the original stock set received APEX sent another set. The first one had burn marks as well as nicks and dings. This stock set was in plastic and was in better condition. These sets seem to be used. Both sets I received are used and you can tell this by looking at the holes that have been misshapen from installing and removing screws. While the replacement was in better shape; the paint job is horrible and will need to be repainted. At $10 this is not a deal killer and is worth looking into if your are building for your spouse or daughter. The price point is good if you are a DIY kind of person. For me the time you need to make this set acceptable you might as well buy a better set.
