Armory Parts Exchange, Inc. dba APEX Gun Parts takes data security and the protection of all customer information seriously.  To ensure your security, our website does not have the ability to store credit card information.  Credit card information is entered directly by the customer into a secured credit card processor site.  No credit card information is stored on premise at APEX Gun Parts.

We do not sell any customer information. Specific customer information (i.e. email address) is limited to use by USPS, FedEx and UPS to provide package tracking notification to the customer and the Credit Card Processor to send payment confirmation.  These third party vendors do not sell or share customer information.

Any customer identifiable information used in the placing of an order is protected on our website by multiple levels of physical and data security. This information is further explained below.

Information We Collect

To understand more about our customers needs and to better serve them, we collect the following types of customer data:

                         Name
                         Contact information including email address
                         Demographics such as postal code, product preferences and interests       

This data is for internal company use only and allows for the customization of our website based on customer interest, etc. 

Email Program

Promotional emails about new products, special offers including sales or other pertinent information are sent only to customers who have signed up to receive emails. At any time, a customer can request to be removed from this program by responding to the opt-out area at the end of the promotional email or by notifying us at [email protected].

 Security

We are committed to the proper securing of all customer and company related data.  To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of information, we have invested in multi-layered security which includes physical and electronic systems and procedures to protect these critical assets.

The www.apexgunparts.com website offers links to other “non-company” websites where customers can access useful information or valuable resources.  APEX Gun Parts does not receive any benefit from providing these links.  However, our customers have requested and can now ultilize valuable assistance from these additional “non-company” website resources.  We do not control the content and are not responsible for these “non-company” websites.

APEX Gun Parts is not responsible for the protection and/or the privacy of any information given by the customer when visiting these “non-company” websites.  The customer is encouraged to exercise caution and review the privacy statement of each “non-company” website they enter via a website link.  These “non-company” referral sites are not governed by the Privacy Policy of APEX Gun Parts.

HTTP Cookies

How APEX Gun Parts Uses Cookies

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages on our website are most viewed and those which are least viewed.  This helps us to analyze data about our web page traffic and to improve traffic flow.  In addition, we can tailor our website to our customers needs and interests. 

After these traffic cookies gather the statisical data, the cookies are removed from the users’ computer.
