Guys, this is the real deal!Not knowing what I would get I ordered four mags which arrived today. I compared them to my used milsurp Yugo BHO mags. As far as I can see, they are exactly the same in every aspect including weight. The only difference is that the APEX mags are brand, spanking new! They fit my older full stock Century Yugo M70 with stamped 1.5mm receiver; our three Century Yugo M70 ABM underfolder with milled receiver; and my James River Armory Soviet Izhevsk AK-47 with stamped receiver. They clicked right into all three variant AKs without a problem. I wrote these up on Survivalist Forums with about a dozen photos that I took of them side by side with one of my milsurp used Yugo BHO mags. Guys, get them while you can. I just ordered another 24. I wish I could afford more.

Great mags, great priceThese mags have got to be some of the best on the market. I purchased 6 of them and they all fit in my Arsenal SAM 7 perfectly--unlike the comparable Croatian mags. They load easily and cycle perfectly. I simply don't think that you can find any more durable, well made, reliable, new production, steel magazines than these--and at such an excellent price.

Worth the price but not as good as surplus Yugos.I purchased 10 of these. The blued finish is nice but they have a lot of sharp edges. They come loose packed and covered in oil. The floor plates were loose on most and two actually popped off in shipping. This is a relatively easy fix by spreading the base of the mag slightly to make sure the tabs fully engage base plate. The only real flaw is that when tested in 5 different AK rifles (two Arsenal SLR 107FR, one WASR 10, one SAR 1, and one M70 on a NDS receiver) the bolt hold open only works on 4 out of 10 mags. We'll have to see how the feed at the range.
