Original BLU-82B “Daisy Cutter” 15,000 lb Bomb Drogue Parachute, in *Very Good* condition.

Incredible relic of history to collect!
Includes the parachute assembly (as pictured).
These parachutes were attached to pallets carrying bombs pulled out of C-130's.
Used in the Vietnam war the bombs were made to clear landing zones of trees and plants and therefore were dubbed the name 'Daisy Cutters'.
These drogue chutes were intended to be used in the 1991 Gulf War, but some bombs were never dropped and were disposed of in the desert (see picture).
These are unused in *Very Good* condition with signs of storage wear.
Lots of heavy cord and fittings on these, they are quite fascinating and larger than they look in the pictures!(They weigh about 33 lbs each)
We cannot guarantee the function of the parachute; these are sold for historical reference and collection.
