Includes the side rail scope mount only (as pictured).
The scope mount base attaches to the left side of a stamped receiver with rivets.
It will fit any model of AK47/AK74 as long as the Bulgarian AK74 rear trunnion is used.
May show signs of wear, marring, grime, etc...
