Colt M16 601 Upper Receiver Assembly, 20" Pencil Profile Barrel, 3-prong duckbill flash hider, triangle handguards, unmarked barrel, chrome bolt assembly, triangular charging handle, 5.56X45 NATO, in *Very Good* condition.

Early type with non-numbered rear sight knob and no directional markings on receiver.
Early cast front sight base and "L" rear sight.
20" pencil profile barrel is unmarked.
Some wear and light pitting in the bore near the muzzle.
Colt proof marks on the front right side of the receiver.
Triangle handguards with straight barrel nut assembly.
Small cracks on the bottom of the handguards.
Gray finished upper receiver with gray color triangular charging handle.
Includes chrome bolt assembly, with fat head firing pin and flat head chrome retaining pin.
Bolt has blued cam pin.
Light finish wear and rust on bolt, carrier, and firing pin.
Lower assembly, FCG parts and buttstock are NOT included.

This Upper Assembly includes:
- Early M16 triangle type handguard cap with triangle handguards, and straight barrel nut assembly.
- Cast front sight base with circle post.
- L shape rear sight with windage adjustment. 
- M16 style carry handle upper, with large square plate ejection port cover.
- 20" barrel with duckbill flash hider.
- Early bend gas tube.
- Colt chrome bolt assembly with large head FP and flat head FP retainer pin.
- Gray finished early triangular charging handle.
