A rare tripod to complete your collection! Includes the tripod with a stripped elevation lock mechanism (as pictured). Made of steel, painted green, expect signs of paint chipping/wear. Knobs, levers and gears may be stuck / difficult to move. This was kept on a shelf in open storage and will require a complete cleaning and servicing prior to use. The traverse clamp and water jacket clamp are not included. These are original Finnish tripods for use with 1909/21 Maxim water cooled machine guns. Shows signs of surface rust, wear, marring, grime, etc...
