5.56 HK barrel with front sight. 
Journal: 1.18" x 0.88".
This appears to be cut down from a longer barrel, and rifling inside the bore is very light.
Heavy use in the bore, but it passes the bullet test.
This barrel is in *Good* condition and will show signs of use, may have some dirt/grime.

NOTE: Prior to installing this length of barrel into a rifle a NFA Form 1 must be completed and returned approved.
A 4.5 Inch length barrel installed into a shoulder fired firearm is a "Short Barreled Rifle" under the NFA.

Parts must be inspected and tested by qualified and competent gunsmiths or armorers before use in a firearm.
