Includes an incomplete veteran tripod, one mount ear has been sheared off.
Comes with the U-shaped mount with one clamp, two crows feet/legs, springs, levers and screws.
U mount has had one ear completely sheared off including the clamp.
Does NOT come with the leather strap used to keep the spring loaded feet closed.
U mount will have original British markings.
These are the original tripods used by British forces.
U mount is made of alumnium, brass colored pieces are made of brass and the springs, screws, levers and tripod feet are made of steel.
These are forward tripods for use with Hotchkiss 'Portative' LMGs.
Shows signs of wear, marring, grime, etc...
