These stocks were removed from Israeli service rifles.
The 98 Mauser is one of the service rifles that the newly formed Israeli army used to defend it's borders in the late 1940's.
Some will be Israeli made, others will be from Czechoslovakia and there may be some that originally came out of Germany.
All have seen service and will need cleaning, the wood seems to be European beech, walnut or ???
Inletted for large ring 98 Mauser and stepped barrel.
May show signs of wear, marring, grime, chips, cracks, etc...
