These are used military 4 power scopes that were issued with the PSL/FPK/ROMAK III/Model 74 rifles in 7.62X54R.
These were built with a reticle that is illuminated by battery power.
That electrical system for illuminating the reticle is NON-functional.
Scope may have some visible spots in the field of view.
The cap to the batter compartment is missing.
