Includes the wheeled carriage mount frame, axle and sliding base plate, may have some paint bead blasted off (as pictured)..
Brass may show minor signs of corroding/oxidizing.
Expect some signs of paint chipping, paint wear and surface rust.
These are capable of folding, may require work before smoothly operating.
If present, lock box will have been crushed, and may not have a lid.
May show additional signs of wear, marring, grime, etc...
