Former Law-Enforcement (L-E) short barrelled rifles, used receivers available on GunBroker.
Flat top upper receiver with A2 style carry handle attachment.
Barrel is marked 5.56 NATO 1/7.
Chrome bore, M4 type feed ramps.
Quad rail handguards will show signs of use.
Includes charging handle and bolt & semi-auto bolt carrier assembly.
May show some light signs of wear, marring, etc...

This Upper Assembly includes:
- M&P quad rail handguards.
- A2 Front sight assembly.
- Flat top upper with A2 style carry handle attachment and rear sights.
- 14.5" barrel with A2 type birdcage flash hider, and chrome lined bore.
- M4 type feed ramps, Semi-auto bolt carrier assembly

NOTE: Prior to installing this length of barrel into a rifle a NFA Form 1 must be completed and returned approved.
A 14.5 Inch length barrel installed into a shoulder fired firearm is a "Short Barreled Rifle" under the NFA.
