This is the mid section of the receiver tube that includes the magazine housing, ejector, magazine catch, ejection port finger guard and all the associated parts.
This part will work on the British Mark III model Sten guns.
Parts are demilled with an acetylene torch that causes a light brown oxidation to form near the cuts.
This is easily wiped away with gun/metal cleaning fluid/oil. 
Shows signs of wear, marring, scratches, grime, surface rust, etc...
