Canvas action cover for Thompson  M1928 and M1/M1A1 SMGs.
Includes action cover, some with leather cord (Gun used for reference).
These are original WWII Issue, therefore the canvas is dry, please lubricate the snaps prior to using and treat with care to avoid damage.
A cleaning with a good stiff bristle brush and warm water will help make these more presentable.
Canvas and Brass may show signs of wear and corrosion from service use and age.

Designed for use with both M-1928 and M1/M1A1 model of the Thompson SMG; these were introduced by the British, who had issued many of these guns to their troops around the globe.
Constructed of tan heavy canvas, reinforced leather edges, with three brass securing snaps and two eyelets for tying with a leather cord.
If used carefully these veteran covers will last til the next world war!.
