This mechanism comes with the early style short release pin and standard locking lever for engaging the crossbar. This T&E attaches to the .50BMG and the crossbar on the M3 tripod. It is used to control the aim of heavy machine guns by regulating the traverse and elevation of the gun. Shows minor signs of wear, marring, grime, etc...
