This is the ZB37 tripod that everyone is after to use or have on display! This is the tripod most commonly seen used in WW2 by German forces. Includes the complete tripod with A/A adapter tube mount head on rear leg (as pictured). Folding tripod is complete with adjustable legs and gun attachment points. Traverse bar has lock and traverse limiters. Made of steel, these have been painted green, expect paint chipping and wear. May come with the factory ID markings and model number on the top side/front. Original Czech made tripods for use with the ZB37 machine gun. An A/A adapter tube ( not included ) was used to give the ZB machine gun the height to be angled skyward to fire at aircraft. Levers, gears, pins and nuts will be tight / stuck due to prolonged storage, oxidation and grime. These will need cleaning and servicing prior to use. Will show surface rust, wear, marring, grime, etc...
