Russian built in the Tula factory as denoted by the factory stamp of a star marked on the barrel trunnion.
Kits have been sorted by date, these are from 1976.
This Kit has 5 matching parts (front barrel trunnion, bolt, bolt carrier, gas tube and top cover).
The chrome lined, cold hammer forged ( CHF ) barrel is chambered in 7.62x39.
Red laminated wooden stock, lower and upper handguards that shows signs of honest wear.
May not have a cleaning rod.
Populated barrel comes with the rear sight block, gas block and front sight block installed.
Kit shows some additional signs of wear, marring, grime, etc...
