This used M19A1 ammunition storage can is original USGI issue, expect a film of powdery sand and small spots of light rust. 
Cans have a black rubber seal in the lid, and come painted USGI green with yellow markings that indicated the original contents.
Designed to store 200 rounds of linked 7.62 NATO rifle ammo, these steel cans have a multitude of uses.
These have a strong latch and carry handle and the entire hinged lid can be removed for easy access to contents.
