Wooden Lewis gun pan / drum transport /storage crate containing fifty of the 47 round steel / pan drums, .303British in *Good* condition.

47" long wooden crate fitted for transporting Lewis light machine gun pans / drum magazines.
Crates have 50 of the (well greased) 47 round pan magazines stacked inside.
Closed with a thin plywood lid, which was nailed down and has been lost to time.
May or may not have the rope handles on the ends.
Crates are in *Good* condition and will show signs of use, may have some dirt/grime/cracks/dents.
